1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER Beginning 9:00 AM (ET) on 5/3/10, visit www.cascadeclean.com/ultimatedishteam and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 5:00 PM (ET) on 6/25/10. A person can use only one email address to enter. Limit one entry per email address per day.

2. ELIGIBILITY This promotion is open only to residents of the 47 contiguous United States (excluding Maine) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Alaska, Hawaii , Maine and where prohibited by law.

3. RANDOM DRAWING A random drawing will be conducted on or about 6/29/10 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZES (10) prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $8,990 will be awarded as follows: 10 Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive a Frigidaire® brand dishwasher and a year’s supply of Cascade® (awarded in the form of 10 product coupons ). Coupons expire on 9/30/11 and are not redeemable for cash. Standard dishwasher installation included; (Approximate Retail Value: $899 per prize). All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the Prize.

5. GENERAL RULES Potential Grand Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners will be notified by mail. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void. By accepting prize, winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list , unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

6. WINNERS To receive a list with the names of the Grand Prize winners by email, click here. Requests must be received by 6/25/10. Winners list will be sent after winners have been verified.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawings for remaining prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
